At Impressive Pomeranians we live out in the country where we can see acres of green grass in all directions with very few houses. This is where we raise our kids, horses, dogs and even an occasional garden.

With a lifetime of loving dogs and horses. Cherilyn began her passion with miniature horses in 1992 and was showing, breeding, training, judging and loving miniature horses for over 20 years. Our miniature horses, and clients have won over 50 National and Reserve National Championships!

In 2008, after years on the horse show circuit we were ready for a change and finally were able to fulfill a lifetime dream of raising Pomeranians. Our name Impressive Pomeranians actually came from the name of one of our nationally ranked beloved miniature show horses. From the start, just as we had done with our successful miniature horse farm, we planned on being a small breeder of top quality dogs.

We know from experience that it is the QUALITY that counts not the quantity. Our Pomeranians are carefully selected for conformation, temperament, health, color and beautiful hair coats. They live with our family and are loved by all of us including our two children. We always have felt that kids and Pomeranians go together. Every kid needs a dog. Our kids learned from a young age to “share” their puppies with new families that didn’t have a puppy to hug. Our adults have grown up as family dogs and have wonderful loving dispositions. Our original foundation dogs have produced generations of Impressive Pomeranians!

We have retired from miniature horses for a time, and now spend our free time trail riding in the beautiful Ozark Mountains on our Missouri Fox Trotter horses.
